Why do we need to take care of our joints?

With the popularity of exercise and an aging population, more and more people are suffering from joint problems, and there is a trend of younger people suffering from them.

Our joints are supplied with nutrients and discharged with wastes through daily activities. When the human body moves, the cartilage cavity is squeezed, and joint fluid is produced for lubrication and to ensure that the cartilage tissue is not worn. When the pressure increases, the cartilage tissue needs joint fluid for lubrication. If the body fails to replenish enough joint fluid in time, it will cause joint pain.
